CURTAINS
2 1/2 X HEADING FULLNESS
This
is ample fullness for decorative headings. When hand pleating patterned
fabrics, position the pleats over the pattern. In some cases you may need to
trim away fabric at the sides of the curtain to obtain the necessary overlap
and return measurements. Working to this fullness there should be sufficient
fabric to do this.
